The dantel is an update on the Emirati chebab flatbread which comes stuffed with cheese, Nutella, zataar or honey. And the fork balls are simply crunchy yet gooey deliciousness which defy explanation, other than to say they are fried dough balls in a bread coating and you should eat them as soon as possible.
